Want to Cancel Your Account?

Upgraded and Contractor accounts can be canceled at any time.  We do not provide a prorated refund except on accounts paid annually.  Accounts paid annually and canceled less than 12 months from payment date will be mailed a pro-rated refund is USD ($) or a refund will be issued via Paypal.  Upgraded users can cancel their account by logging in, going to Edit Profile, clicking on Subscription: Basic then clicking Submit.  Contractor Accounts, please contact your sales representative or use the Contact Us form.
