Task Tracking

We start you off with over 100 tasks for constructing your own home.  This list was put together by a premiere custom home builder in South Carolina, Third Generation Properties.  These are the same steps they go through with every home they construct; but whether you're building a bungalow, a colonial or a mansion the process to construction is largely the same.

• Monitor what stage a task is in currently, such as "To Be Scheduled", "Work in Progress" or "Completed".
  
  
• Track the number of days planned to complete the tasks, as well as extra or 'pad' days for unexpected situations.  Each task is pre-populated with a work day duration, but you're free to increase or decrease the number of days to fit your schedule and your subcontractors schedule.
